Job Description

Our client is a major Facilities organisation that has developed a new Healthcare focussed BU, so this is an exciting new venture with little legacy issues. We require a successful Senior Executive or Operations Director with experience in the FM / Engineering maintenance sector. Able to lead a £30m business unit as part of a Group, developing in the growing healthcare and hospital market.

Requirements

• Strong business leadership, P&L , strategic vision, commercial awareness.
• Understands operationally delivering facilities services to hospitals, NHS Trusts and Private sector healthcare
• Ideally understands engineering services although doesnt have to be a qualified engineer themselves
• Ability to grow and operationally direct a BU with full financial responsibility
• The ability to lead, direct and develop a strong team, manage motivate, develop teams across multiple services and functions
• Establish, develop and implement business strategies that deliver improved growth and profits
