Job Description
Engineering FM Operational Head, Weybridge
This senior job is leading engineering and Facilities on a complex site with science Laboratories and over 100 buildings. You will provide leadership of the engineering services, FM and small projects through a high performing team.
It will also be the succession plan for the site Director so will have the ability to progress.
- Lead operational Facilities Management excellence delivering engineering, customer services and small projects services for a large estate
- To minimise risk through the implementation of robust processes & procedures, and improve Quality of service
- Deliver financial targets associated with profit margin, cash conversion and growth.
- A key member of the Senior Leadership Team and source of technical support
Experience required
• Qualified in a building services discipline, ideally to Chartered Engineer level
• Previous people leadership experience
• Engineering xperience in critical environments and Labs. Could be from healthcare, sciences or high tech manufacturing FM
• Minimum of 5 years in delivering FM Engineering operations, M&E, HVAC systems
