Job Description

A permanent experienced Sales/ Business Development Manager with experience in the FM / Engineering maintenance sector. Able to work with a new management team - be visible, proactive, lead the customer and bid activity to tender award. Part of a large engineering facilities group c £150m business.

Skills/ knowledge;

• Strong sales record within the Facilities and engineering services sector.
• Technically able and skilled in outsourcing contracts sales processes in both public and commercial sectors.
• The ability to work with the senior team, lead the capture management and bid process to successfully close M&E contracts
• Develop the right level of relationships within estates/ FM consultants market, client Property Directors, engineering, energy and asset management sector.
• Taking leads from concept to contract award, delivering growth and profit results.
