ROLE Managing Director
Location UK wide
We are working with one of our major clients to identify talented people who can develop a significant business division in the food and nutrition sector with major customers. Candidates will have substantial P&L experience, ideally a food or retail background and more importantly the ability to implement digital methods to enhance culture and customer experience.
Responsibilities include;
Implement a strategic customer centric approach, managing extensive commercial teams, development of proposition and win strategies and proactive culture
Lead large teams to ensure that goals and plans are achieved through effective management and motivation of all personnel.
Overall accountability for the delivery of customer acquisition and sales, P&L, linking to customer advocacy, service delivery in line with company targets.
Person:
• Demonstrated success in leadership in either a Food related or outsourced services supplier or similar customer centric market like retail.
• Excellent leadership and motivational people management skills
• Possess Senior level influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Engaging, with strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation ability
• Capable of translating strategic intent into successful delivery
• Strong sense of urgency and desire to succeed
• Able to progress in future to larger Business leadership roles
