Job Description
We are working with one of our major clients to identify a talented C suite / Chair to grow a significant and profitable business. Candidates will have substantial P&L experience and more importantly the ability to drive digital revenue streams from data. Please note this will be a part time role
Person:
• Demonstrated success in leadership of either a PE backed industrial or high growth SME in data driven services. Able to create new data driven revenue streams from existing resources.
• Excellent leadership, company growth and team building skills
• CEO/ Chairman experience; Strategic and stakeholder management skills, including P&L, strong organic growth and M&A
• Engaging, with strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation ability
• Capable of translating strategic intent into successful delivery
• Strong sense of urgency, resilient under pressure
