We lead and concluded the search for the Head of Commercial. This was a very important position, working with the senior management team, part of a £0.5bn turnover engineering and energy organisation.
It required proven commercial, pre and post contractual, strategy, leadership and influencing skills. Team management, P&L, cost control, manage budgets and resources which were all included in the assessment process and scoring matrix to determine the best fit shortlisted candidates.
Requirements for the client was:
- Energy and construction contracting knowledge
- Senior qualified QS, with commercial management and team leadership experience.
- Knowledgeable in major construction projects, civils and utilities contracting industry.
