Role details
Our client is working on a project to transform transport, infrastructure and the development of new homes. In order to do this, they require a programme manager to project manage a range of activities.
Key Tasks

Assist in the essential programming of development sites and infrastructure requirements

Prepare bids and funding plans

Monitoring and reporting on progress, you’ll suggest ways in which we could improve and keep projects on track.

Team leadership
Experience and skills required
-
You will have a significant degree of experience in planning, transport and infrastructure in a local government role.

Are comfortable working with a variety of different levels and people, with the verbal and written communication skills to back this up.

Have a good knowledge of project management, including using software, with the ability to progress programmes of work and guide stakeholders.

Are professionally qualified (to degree-standard or the equivalent of level 6).

You will ideally have membership of a professional body, with an appropriate level of experience.
