Salary:                  £95,000 to £115,000 plus company package

Our client is a major global provider of facilities, energy & outsourced services solutions for a wide range of public bodies and industry sectors.

Role

Responsible for ensuring operations are delivered in a safe and efficient manner to the standard required commercially, as well as ensuring clients internal processes and policies are adhered to.  This is a complex role as it is focused on Energy Sales as well as delivery and development of TFM solutions

• The post-holder will be responsible for significant contracts with revenues of up to c £50m for FM Services and Energy revenues in excess of £200M.

• Responsible for driving significant organic growth (% per annum to be determined)

• To develop and maintain strong relationships with Customers generating value and ensuring long-term business opportunities for the Sector.

• Work closely with functional leads in Safety & Environment, Technical & Projects, Commercial & Risk, and People & Engagement to deliver all aspects of Services.

Requirements

• A clear appreciation of the commercial and operational delivery for Customers of varying size and scope, as well as SME customers is required. TFM can be delivered through static and mobile teams with Retail Energy being delivered through a dedicated team. The objective is to provide customers with a blend of services through integrated seamless processes.

• Significant P&L ownership within large and complex contracts

• Ensuring financial performance is achieved to meet agreed targets for COI, cash and organic growth

• Ensuring accurate reporting in relation to financial and customer feedback.

• Work closely with functional leads in Safety & Environment, Technical & Projects, Commercial & Risk, People & Engagement to deliver all aspects of Services.

   

Personal Competencies

• Significant experience operating at a senior level delivering Energy Services Engineering, FM or Power Solutions

• Degree or equivalent would be expected

• Appreciation of the Energy and FM market including next steps solutions

• Excellent commercial and financial acumen with experience of running significant P&L

• Excellent presentation, influencing and motivation skills of a large workforce
