Company

Our client is a provider of unique Biogas equipment and plant installation services. Biogas plant reduces energy costs for companies and makes commercial use of their anaerobically digested waste products, producing significant revenue streams through the conversion of methane to renewable natural gas which can be used as vehicle fuel or directed into the main gas grid. They have a large customer base across Europe and have a good opportunity for growth in Italy. This will be a rewarding working environment with travel.

Role

We are looking for a sales person based in Italy, who has a track record in developing relationships and leading complex sales of Biogas energy or digestion solutions. Strong knowledge in design and industrial renewable equipment solutions.

Requirements

  • A strong market understanding of Biogas or AD in the Italian economy

  • A successful Sales record of achievements developing new clients in the Anaerobic Digestion or Biogas processing sector

  • Good commercial awareness of the issues and market dynamics which may influence clients to buy Biogas plant or convert from CHP

  • Consultative sales style and presence with senior decision makers

  • Demonstrates natural and trained selling skills with the ability to assimilate information and sell high value solutions

  • Training internal engineering and project personnel to exploit cross selling opportunities across Europe

  • A proven ability to identify, negotiate and close large capital value sales.

  • Energy and enthusiasm to get things done.

  • Collaborative with good communication skills – A team player

  • Results focused – demonstrates a positive approach to achieving sales targets.
