Role                      Account Director

Location               London

Salary                   Salary up to £95,000 Basic plus company benefits package

Role

• To lead a major outsourced Facilities Management contract for a recognised and substantial UK organisation that is growing strongly.

• Develop and implement a strategic approach, enhancing the service and driving margin improvement and organic growth together with the development of a proactive and client focussed culture

• Ensure that goals and plans are achieved through effective management and motivation of all personnel.

• Overall accountability for the delivery of customer service, together with the co-ordination of environmental, health and safety, man-management, planning, policies and procedures.

Knowledge skills & experience:

• Senior management experience in FM service delivery or Engineering/Hard FM

• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, experienced in leading multi-disciplinary, multi-site teams

• Understands and applies commercial and financial acumen. Views issues in terms of cost, profits, markets and added value.

• Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting and analysis

• Creates new and imaginative approaches to issues and questions traditional assumptions.

• Experienced client relationship skills, develops mutual trust and solutions leading to growth through organic development and new business

• Person:

• Demonstrated success in Operational/Account Management at a similar level in either a Total FM organisation or Engineering Services business

• Excellent leadership and motivational people management skills

• Possess Senior level influencing and stakeholder management skills

• Engaging, with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• Excellent negotiation skills, based on strong commercial/financial acumen

• Ability to embrace and deliver change

• Strong sense of urgency and desire to succeed

• Able to progress in future to larger Business leadership roles.
