In today’s competitive markets experienced people are at a premium. For many years we have worked closely with major client organisations to understand their senior level recruitment needs and offer unwavering and involving search services to locate and attract high calibre professionals.

Typically a strategic search project will involve meetings with both Human Resources and Operational Management in order that we can take a rounded view of the vacancy, including required skill set and experience, sector knowledge, likely remuneration and employer brand.

We then set out a detailed and realistic project proposal outlining what steps we will take to locate and approach potential candidates, timescales and deliverables.

Sometimes we will recommend that a client supports a search project by including national advertising in the press, industry journals and/or the internet. We will coordinate the production of the advert and manage the response alongside the on-going search work.
