Contingency
Clients often seek new talent on an on-going or speculative basis. After many years working in our core markets we have an established network and database that we can use to introduce active candidates to clients on a contingency or results basis.
This allows clients to recruit quickly and conveniently without the length and depth of a comprehensive search of the market. We are happy to advise clients on whether we know of anyone “active” in the job market and of their suitability for the role. Should we feel that the client is unlikely to locate someone this way due to factors such as skill shortages or seniority of position we would then discuss and advise on search and/or selection as a means to find the right person.
