Interim Change Manager (FM Shared Services)

We are seeking an Interim Change Manager for a leading Facilities Management business to manage the transition of various existing Support Services Functions from current state through the implementation of a new ERP System that will necessitate changes to the businesses current business processes.
The ultimate objective is to create an efficient, fit for purpose function that will support the business going forward, encompassing strong central governance regardless of whether functions are remote or centralised, and further to realise overall efficiency savings against the current structure as a consequence of changed ways of working under the new ERP System (IFS).

You will Review and recommend changes to the proposed Structure based on prior knowledge and sign off with Key Stakeholders

Agree and Lead the Project Plan which details the agreed key tasks and timelines against which the Project will be executed

Ensure correct resourcing through the transition and an HR Plan to resolve expected rightsizing once the migration to the new system has been settled in
You will be;

An experienced and seasoned Change Manager who has successfully completed similar assignments relating to Support Services functions

Ideally having been exposed to IFS or similar ERP System

Have worked within an FM or Services business with mobile and static site delivery models

Gravitas and Diplomacy to steer the business and its Support Services functions through this period of significant change

Tenacity to persuade and convince Key Stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the agreed ‘to be’ structure

Determination to deliver the agreed remit, and realise improved business processes and anticipated resource savings
