Position
They require an FM Account Manager with a technical engineering background to manage a large manufacturing client relationship. The role will lead the UK wide engineering FM service delivery, drive engineering and commercial change and innovation plus develop commercial contract enhancements and project opportunities.
Requirements

Qualified M&E engineering facilities leader with strong communication, leadership skills and employee engagement.

Experienced delivering technical FM services to demanding manufacturing clients and management of complex engineering solutions across multiple sites

Record of developing teams for all aspects of engineering delivery.

Business strategy development, planning and implementation
-
Project management and Operational delivery
-
Asset management
-
P&L responsibility
-
Commercially skilled in contractual management
-
Experience with business systems and CAFM
