Interim Business Development Director

With continued expansion and ambitious growth plans of further growth in the southern regions, this highly successful business would like some support with Business Development to help achieve their objectives of meeting continuing to grow their concrete frame, ground works and Civil Engineering business within London.
We are looking for an experienced and proven Interim Business Development Director who has excellent relationship building skills, tendering skills and in developing business with both new and existing clients within the construction industry. Specifically we want to develop the London business and therefore require someone with experience and expertise of the concrete frame market but would also consider candidates from interiors in to the same customer base.
You will therefore need to have;
Knowledge of construction and specifically the customer base - Residential builders
Possibly experience supplying other products into customer base
Possibly come from housebuilding
Typical project values range from £3m - £15m and therefore you will need to be experienced in dealing with projects of these values.
